We discovered a special sparkling wine at Prowein 2025. The SO Bastor Lamontagne is a Crémant de Bordeaux Brut that contains Sauternes from the famous sweet wine appellation of the same name as a dosage! We were particularly impressed by the great balance in this crémant. Fine creaminess meets subtle and elegant fruit with a beautiful acidity. A crémant with a noble aura that is ideal as an aperitif, but also has enough power to accompany food.
