Once again, the FALSTAFF has awarded 100 points to this great Grüner Veltliner from a 0.6-hectare plot that stretches over four terraces and is more than 110 years old. It is a first-class terroir wine with a bouquet reminiscent of aniseed, tobacco and licorice, yellow pears and ripe yellow plums, some mango and orange. On the palate, the wine presents fullness and freshness, opulence and precision, silkiness and grip in perfection.
