The cuvée of 54% Chardonnay, 36% Pinot Noir and 10% Pinot Meunier is a charming, lustful, fearless sparkler in the brut range. It smells of strawberries, raspberries and peaches. There are also delicately spicy notes, freshness, a mineral pressure and a fine mousseux. The rosé is a great soloist as well as an accompaniment to fine dishes, such as salmon canapés.
