Always on the elegant and almost Burgundian side, this 2015 Chevalier impresses with its great finesse. Red berries on the nose, salty minerality on the palate and a floral finish make this wine so fascinating. Nothing disturbs the incredibly fine and refined overall impression here. Already wonderfully aromatic, this wine will continue to develop very well over the next five years.
