Beschreibung

The rosé comes from calcareous alluvial soil with Danube gravel. Delicate salmon pink in the glass, with aromas of wild berries, pomelo, blood orange, meadow herbs, apple, and pear. Lively, fresh, and lean on the palate, with 11.5% alcohol by volume and 1.2 g residual sugar. Spontaneously fermented in steel tanks, then aged in used large wooden barrels. Juicy, fresh, with a clear acidity structure.
