As in the single version of Pan IPAni, the first violin is played here by American hops combined with a lot of wheat malt and wheat flakes. They give the beer roundness, creaminess and lightness in reception. The beer does not betray its alcoholic strength, and the bitterness is moderate and very citrus.When brewing Mr. IPAni Double, we really wanted to see if we could get even more fruit from American hops. Such a deep, pulp, even allowing you to eat just by smelling.Mr. IPAni Double will surely appeal to those who like fuller beers, i.e. sweeter and at the same time very aromatic.
