The whisky pioneers from Upper Bavaria have been setting the standard for whisky expertise since 1999.Only the best Bavarian barley malt is used in the renowned whisky distillery and gently distilled twice in small copper stills. Our distillate then matures undisturbed for 3 years in the clear Alpine air in new American white oak barrels to become Slyrs Bavarian Single Malt Whisky. But that’s not all!After this successful storage period, it is given an additional 12 months of finishing in hand-picked 500 liter port casks. This allows the Slyrs port cask to develop its wonderfully fruity aromas, which it absorbs during this storage period.With shimmering brown tones and subtle red reflections, it is a feast for the eyes. The intense aroma of the Slyrs port cask will immediately enchant you.
