More information about Bühler walnut spirit Our walnut spirit shines with its fine nutty aroma that pampers the taste buds. The main ingredient for this fine specialty is walnuts from our trees around Marbach am Neckar.The walnuts are lovingly cored, caramelized and roasted in painstaking manual work. The production process is based on maceration. Our walnuts are soaked in alcohol and then distilled in our wood-fired distillery to create a first-class spirit. We recommend enjoying it either on its own or in dessert creations, e.g. with vanilla ice cream.
