OVII Rum is a combination of molasses distillate from Paraguay and Polish peaches.And this is no coincidence, as the fruit is the raw material for which the Drake Distillery (OVII Spirits) is famous. The Polish rum from OVII is a limited edition – only 58 bottles were produced.At first, the aroma is rather grassy, fresh and herbal – typical of some rums. After it has rested in the glass for a while, you can detect peach in the aroma. An interesting balance of sweet fruits and green plants.In the taste, the peaches attack right from the start. There is a lot of softness here, peaches in syrup, rum pralines, truffle chocolate, some grass, marzipan and ripe peaches again. The finish is long and fruity – you know, peaches.A Polish rum that is primarily dedicated to fans of the drink. But also for those who like fruity distillates. An interesting offer for collectors too, as the number of bottled rums is limited.
