The typical almond/marzipan aroma is not obtained from almond aroma or apricot kernels, as is usual with most Amaretto. Instead, we use cherry stones and later also the pure fruit. This ensures a finer, more delicate, almond-toned aroma, paired with fruity cherry flavors.
