More information about Okowita Jabłkowa Starzona The apple spirit from Triple Head is one of four new releases from the brand. The first batch comprises just 49 bottles.The apple distillate is matured in Hungarian oak in its first bottling. The cask gave the spirit a beautiful amber color. The aged apple brandy has a very pleasant aroma of medium intensity. The cask has done its job. The brandy smells of caramel, baked apples, cinnamon and a little oak, with notes of cherries also appearing.In the dry taste we find apple, oak, spices – mainly black pepper, cinnamon and cloves. These spices remain in the finish, which is long and warming thanks to them.
