More information about Marder plum brandy matured in oak barrels Our plums are filled in small barrels made from Swabian and Spessart oak barrels and stored for around 9 months. The elegant woody notes of vanilla and cinnamon go perfectly with the fresh candy tones of the Hauszwetschge. This brandy has an incredible density and fullness on the palate and a fresh, juicy finish that immediately makes you forget the 48% alcohol. The judges at all the competitions were also impressed and so it is hardly surprising that there are hardly any awards that this brandy has not won.The Zwetschge is also often drunk with a strong cigar.
