The Premier Cru from the Barsac appellation is always one of the best Sauternes. Beguilingly ripe and sweet, exotic fruit overwhelms you on the nose. But despite the warm year, there is no sign of the heat. The wine is wonderfully fresh and harmonious with a beautiful acidity that balances the sweetness beautifully.
