Exceptional beer with a characteristic ruby color and essential caramel-hop taste. The durable, fine-bubble foam is bright and only slightly colored with the color of the beer. In the aroma, of course, there are noticeable malt notes that resemble the smell of dark bread. In addition, delicate plum and raisins. Distinct malt flavors are well balanced with bitterness.The Polish name “koźlak” is a translation from German, where “bock” means goat. The word “bock” itself comes from the Hanseatic city of Einbeck in northern Germany. It was there that from the thirteenth century strong top-fermented beer was brewed using wheat malt and barley malt. Almost every inhabitant of this city was involved (directly or indirectly) in brewing. Great importance was attached to the quality of beer, which is why beer was always tasted before being sold. What did not pass the “control” was simply poured. Such a good and even quality has gained notoriety and popularity outside the country.We have been brewing goat since 2003.It works well as an addition to smoked and grilled meats and salami. It creates a great combination with any cheese: moldy, baked, fried. It will also work well as an addition to desserts and ice cream.Serve in a tulip glass at 12-14°C.
