More information about Zibärtle Our civet trees bear small blue fruits. A wild type of plum. The stone fruit blossoms first in the year and is harvested last. Also called Zibärtle (because they are small) in Baden. The shape is reminiscent of mirabelle plums or large blueberries. The long vegetation period is also noticeable in the glass. Our Zibärtle has an astonishingly bright fruit on the nose with very subtle, elegant marzipan notes.
