The Promised Land – The Beast of Xavier Fresh Mosaic Double West Coast IPAThis is the Beast of Ksawerów – a double West Coast IPA, which impresses with its intense character and extraordinary freshness of ingredients. With an initial extract of 17.5° Plato and an alcohol content of 8.5%, the beer is dry, well-balanced and surprisingly light – despite its strength, the alcohol does not dominate, which makes it extremely drinkable. What distinguishes the Beast from Ksawerów is the use of ultra-fresh Mosaic hops from the American 2024 harvest. Harvested and processed in autumn 2024, this unique single hop is only now making its way to the European market, guaranteeing maximum aroma intensity and freshness. Mosaic brings a rich fruity profile to the beer that perfectly harmonizes with the classic, dry character of West Coast IPA.
