Zirbengeist

While enjoying our Zirbengeist you can smell the freshness of the forest, fine softwood with a pleasant scent. The palate features soft woody notes, slightly resinous and very mild on the finish. You will love it.Pink-fleshed pinecones are chopped for the Zirbengeist and macerated in the wheat distillate. Subsequently, the stone pine macerate is gently distilled. After a rest period of one year, the distillate is rectified with spring water from our own source to 40% vol. alc. bottling strength.While enjoying our Zirbengeist you can smell the freshness of the forest, fine softwood with a pleasant scent.
