More information about Spier Cap Classique Prestige Cuvée 2017 The Spier Cap Classique Prestige Cuvée is a refined sparkling wine made from Chardonnay (59%) and Pinot Noir (41%), which sparkles light gold in the glass. Limited to 3517 bottles, the Cap Classique impresses from the very first moment with its elegance and fine perlage. The finest grapes from both grape varieties create a lively interplay of aromas of yellow apples, ripe citrus fruits and a hint of brioche, while the fine mousse pampers the palate. The Spier Cap Classique Prestige Cuvée underwent a second fermentation in the bottle and then spent 84 months on the lees. It is the perfect aperitif for festive occasions, but goes equally well with seafood or antipasti.
