Experienced distillers work at full speed here every day to produce fine fruit brandies, fruity liqueurs and even genuine German gin for the palates of customers.One of these unique alcoholic specialties is the tart yet fruity-sweet pomegranate liqueur. The fine liqueur is particularly suitable for mixing cocktails, as a long drink, neat or on ice. The liqueur is best served at a temperature of around 15 to 18 degrees Celsius.The ruby-red drink is not produced by distillation like a classic fruit brandy, but by filtration. First, the pomegranate seeds are removed from the skin and then soaked in alcohol. Observing the appropriate maceration time is of great importance here. After the soaking time, the pomegranate seeds are then pressed in alcohol and filtered. Finally, the product is refined with a delicious sweetness.
