More information about Rose Valley apple raspberry fruit brandy barrel-aged Pure, barrel-aged fruit brandy made from apples of the old Kaiser Wilhelm variety and aromatic raspberries. The apples and raspberries were gently fermented and distilled together. The distillate was then left to mature for 18 months in German oak barrels.
