RODENBACH is a unique beer “Flanders Red-Brown”, considered a traditional local product. Mixed main fermentation and maturation in oak barrels (“foods”) give it the same sweet and sour taste and complex fruitiness as wine. RODENBACH consists of 3/4 of a young beer and 1/4 of beer matured two years in oak.
