More information about Ostrava asparagus spirit A pure vegetable spirit without artificial additives, exceptionally fragrant, a highly aromatic, spicy distillate. We only use white asparagus from the Schertenleib asparagus farm in Ostrau for our asparagus spirit. The asparagus is grown in heavy, nutrient-rich loess loam soil. This gives the asparagus a particularly intense flavor. The fine, thin, particularly tender asparagus spears are used for the vegetable spirit.
