With Mylos, they have succeeded in creating an aromatic, delicately balanced and drinkable interpretation of a lager.Mylos is the Greek word for mill and is a wonderful match for Septem’s round beer with an alcohol content of 4.6% and a delicious variety of malts. The lager presents itself in a shiny golden hue and has a snow-white, airy head on its crystal-clear body. A bouquet of roasted cereals, mown grass, floral hops and delicate citrus notes rises to the nose and whets the appetite for the first sip. The first sip follows the olfactory first impression and caresses the taste buds with hints of oven-fresh cookies, malt and straw. The hops contribute notes of grass, herbs and sun-ripened citrus fruit and balance the malty fullness with a slight bitterness.Septems Lager Mylos is a refreshing beer that impresses with its tasty lightness, silky mouthfeel and soft carbonation.
