More information about Mirabelle plum brandy „Edition Emma“ Edition „EMMA“ is a tribute to the wife of the founder and builder of SCHOLERHOF exactly 100 years ago. It bears the name of my grandmother Emma Scholer. Just like 100 years ago, the sun-ripened mirabelle plums are hand-picked and mashed in our own orchard.The Nancy Mirabelle is characterized by its intense fruit aroma, you can taste the sweetness of the ripe, red-cheeked Mirabelle plums. After several weeks of fermentation, the mirabelle mash is double distilled and distilled in a copper kettle by me, Iris Krader, granddaughter and successor in the 3rd generation.
