I have tried Hamburger Kirsch on pancakes, crêpes, yoghurt, quark and rice pudding – delicious! And as an insider tip, I add a warm Hamburg kirsch fruit spread to vanilla ice cream. What a hit! From now on, this is my husband’s favorite dish.
