This gave us the idea of refining our single malt whisky with forest honey from the Black Forest. The aroma has subtle notes of smoke and tobacco, which are rounded off by the honey. Overall, it is a well-balanced, not too sweet liqueur that is also a pleasure to enjoy slightly chilled or on ice.1x Marder Gin – 50 ml | 43 % vol.Our GIN impresses with its clarity, purity and elegance. It is what a gin really is – clear, structured, with a striking freshness. Fine, delicate citrus aromas of bergamot and a pronounced, yet elegantly fresh juniper aroma await us on the nose. The palate experiences an incredible purity and a clean, fresh taste, due to the multiple distillation and the addition of clear spring water. The finish is impressively sweet, with subtle notes of liquorice. Giin is best enjoyed neat, with ice, or in the classic way with tonic water – also in combination with other cocktails or long drinks.1x Marder Rum – 50 ml | 42 % vol.Marder RUM is made from organic sugar cane molasses from Paraguay. This is diluted with spring water during fermentation before a special yeast is added. The mash is then gently distilled twice using the traditional raw and fine distillation process. After distillation in spring 2014, the rum is stored in various oak barrels. After maturing for over three years, we can expect a sweetish taste of vanilla, dried fruit and orange peel. The Marder RUM is characterized by a slightly sweet taste of banana and raisin, which is mild and long-lasting on the palate.
