More information about Lynx The Spirit of Lynx 2019 Lynx The Spirit of Lynx is the flagship of the estate and was only produced in a limited edition of 1000 bottles. The red wine presents itself in a beautiful shade of red in the glass and impresses red wine fans with its extremely fruity aroma on the nose. A hint of cedar tobacco skillfully plays around the rich fruit aromas. On the palate, the cuvée of Cabernet Sauvignon (65%), Cabernet Franc (33%), Merlot (1%) and Petit Verdot (1%) impresses with nuances of sweet and ripe wild berries, accompanied by mineral tones. The oak notes are wonderfully integrated and round off the taste experience of Lynx The Spirit of Lynx perfectly. This red wine, which has matured for 24 months in French oak, is best enjoyed with dark meat dishes. Lamb with fennel and orange is highly recommended, but Lynx The Spirit of Lynx is also always a pleasure on its own.
