The cuvée of Pinot Noir (60%) and Chardonnay (40%) is elegant on the palate and flatters with its fine perlage. After the second fermentation in the bottle, the sparkling wine was left on the lees for another 18 months and is simply a pleasure in itself. The Kleine Zalze Cap Classique Brut Rosé is also a good accompaniment to light dishes with salads, fish or seafood.
