But it can also be that our brains torment us with terribly real illusions of illness, conflict, death and all kinds of uncomfortable fictional situations. Fortunately, in the case of Kopfkino from the pen of Orca Brau, it’s something wonderful: their Imperial Saison is a culinary mirage that will make you dream with a crisp 8.0% and a bouquet of sun-kissed citrus fruit, creamy blossom honey and aromatic hops. This delicacy was created in collaboration with the Tisane restaurant in Nuremberg. Together with René Stein, the restaurant’s Michelin-starred head chef, the brewery has created a fine drop that perfectly complements the sophisticated cuisine. However, thanks to its refined aroma and complex character, shaped by a long maturation period, the Saison is also a real treat without accompaniment. The hand-picked ingredients include the finest aromatic hops, a wealth of special malts and Belgian yeast, which brings all the components together and creates a very special drinking experience.
