An imperial IPA we stacked up with Citra, Strata, Comet, and Eclipse. With Comet, old is new again. Comet was originally bred and released in the 60’s but didn’t make the cut for the American style light lagers of the time. But it’s big on zesty citrus character and pineapple. The other hop in this IPA that we don’t use a lot yet is Eclipse, a new Australian variety, that has a lot of sweet orange and fruit flavor. (8.0%)
