More information about Gember Goud The inspiration for this fine beer was the classic ginger beer. This generally non-alcoholic soft drink is called „beer“ because it is brewed like a real beer. Carbon dioxide is added to the drink through fermentation and the ginger beer also has the same delicate cloudiness as its namesake. The tangy ginger lemonade releases the full aroma of the spicy root and is a wonderful thirst quencher on hot days. Tess and Do appreciate the specialty for the little tingle in the throat that ginger produces and wanted to create a beer that comes as close as possible to ginger beer. The pair experimented, brewed, tasted and tinkered over a period of almost three years until they achieved the desired result.Tingling in the throat included.In keeping with its name, Ginger Gold, the ginger beer flows into the glass in a bright amber hue. The tangy ginger character is already noticeable on the nose: subtle citrus notes meet spicy herbs and a hint of spiciness. The first sip follows the first impression and refreshes the palate with clear ginger notes. Lemongrass is combined with freshly chopped herbs and the typical ginger spiciness. The light body and sparkling carbon dioxide give the beer an elegant lightness.
