Coffee delighted us during tests in Black Wave and we decided that we wanted to use it in a version without other additives to best reflect its characteristics.Minazi is a sector in the Gekenke area, and the coffee comes from the Abakundakawa cooperative. Most of its members are women, and the very structure of the cooperative aims to equalize opportunities in the region and create fair working conditions (sales commissions or social security).As for the grains themselves – this is the Bourbion strain, selective manual harvesting. In the aroma you will find milky oolong, cranberries, lemon. Very smooth, with a great, juicy, sour finish.Be sure to give it a try!
