More information about Fairview Broken Barrel TnT 2021 The Fairview Broken Barrel is a unique red wine – this also applies to the latest creation, the Fairview Broken Barrel TnT: The Tempranillo (69%), Tannat (23%) and a little Petite Sirah (8%) grape varieties provide an explosion of aromas, as Tempranillo and Tannat are known for their dark fruit notes and good structure. The cuvée impresses both with its dark ruby red color and its fireworks of aromas. Notes of ripe plums, blackcurrants and warm spices such as cinnamon and cardamom unfold expressively on the nose. On the palate, the dark fruit nuances are accompanied by licorice and a noticeable tannin structure. The full-bodied Fairview Broken Barrel TnT matured for eighteen months in oak and is a fantastic accompaniment to game, savory dishes or grilled meats.
