It impresses with intense aromas of cassis, blackberries, cigar box and pencil shavings – a clear expression of the Cabernet component.The Shiraz brings freshness and red fruit flavors to the composition, while the Merlot with chocolate notes provides a smooth, harmonious finish. The wine has a bright ruby red color and ends with an aromatic, long finish.The grapes come from top vineyards on the slopes of Stellenbosch Mountain and Simonsberg, on granite and deep red soils. The wine was aged for 18 months in French oak, 30% of which was new.Perfect with grilled meat, stews or mature cheese – a versatile red wine with structure and style.
