— Suckling: Expansive nose of ripe stone fruits with notes of patisserie and vanilla sugar. From the south-facing, steep slope right behind the winery. Almost 50-year-old vines. Concentrated and elegant with fabulous texture, the fruit discreet, but precisely wrapped around the firm core. Very long, complex finish with gentle mousse. Disgorged at the very end of 2021. Drink now. 96/100
