Fruity, fresh and dry taste, with aromatic notes of apple and pear.Grape variety:Arneis – Langhe DOC.Production area:Vineyards at an altitude of 210 to 290 m above sea level on soils composed of 50% clay, 30% silt and 20% sand.Vinification:40% are cryomacerated, with different fermentation times and temperatures depending on the condition of the berries.
