The Fürst winery has succeeded in creating a wonderfully floral and creamy Pinot Blanc with a subtle mineral note. The wine was matured in large wooden barrels and has retained its freshness and fruitiness. As a 2020, it already has some maturity and is therefore an excellent accompaniment to classic asparagus dishes. PESE recommends it with asparagus and hollandaise sauce.
