More information about Voyatzi Three Wishes Red Wine Cuvée Excellent cuveé of the grape variety Xinomavro (65%) – the most important red grape variety of Macedonia – and the international grape variety Cabernet Sauvignon (35%). It also shows that Yiannis Voyatzi studied oenology in Bordeaux. All the wines are pressed in harmony and in tune with the ecosystem of the vineyards, all in organic quality. The rolling hills of the northeast and south-facing vineyards produce an ideal and regionally diverse soil relief. The interplay of mesoclimate, microclimate and soil is expressed in the wines of the winery and also allows the different grape varieties to be planted in the ideal places for them.
