The unique cuvée of Sauvignon Blanc (58%), Sémillon (24%) and Pinot Gris (18%) impresses with wonderful citrus aromas and a great mouthfeel. The Springfield Miss Lucky is therefore simply a delight on its own, but the combination with seafood dishes is also simply fantastic. Incidentally, the name Miss Lucky is one of seven nicknames given by fishermen in the Cape to a fish called the red stumpnose as a tribute to the richness of the sea.
