The red wine, whose grapes come from organic farming, is beautifully balanced on the palate. The velvety tannins and soft finish make the Spier Good Natured Organic Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon a perfect pleasure. The cuvée of Shiraz (97%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (3%) is therefore a treat for the palate on its own, but the red wine is also an excellent accompaniment to dishes with grilled chicken, vegetables or savory dishes with cheese.
