Holy Beans is not only a beer in the style of Imperial Baltic Porter, it is a wealth of caramel, roasted, chocolate and smoked malts that create a unique, profiled set of flavors and aromas. In the final stages of aging, pieces of Palo Santo wood were added to the beer, which gave it a unique coconut character. The pleasant marzipan background of the beer is due to the use of tonka seeds, which give the beer an even more complex character.
