Rhubarb is the ideal base for fresh mixed drinks and spritzers. However, the nectar can of course also be enjoyed on its own. It is produced from the rhubarb varieties The Sutton and Frambozen, which grow both in the Cologne-Bonn Bay and on the Lower Rhine, where the climate is particularly favourable for growing rhubarb. The pale pink-coloured juice is slightly tart, juicy, fresh and is also less sweet as a spritzer than an apple spritzer, for example.
