More information about Mava Maliolio The powder was made from fermented, sun-dried, cleaned, non-alkalized and cryogenically ground cocoa beans of the Trinitario variety with a small proportion of Criollo and Forastero beans from the Malagasy plantation Mava Maliolio. No further thermal or chemical treatments were used.Maliolio has an elegant body with pronounced citrus acidity. Its balanced profile contains rich notes of citrus fruits and flowers. Its finish surprises with fine herbal notes and roasted almonds.
