More information about Marge’s Orangella marmalade My Orangella marmalade was created at a moment when I received a delivery of very sweet oranges. I had the feeling that I had to make something special out of them. That’s why I combined it with grapefruit fillets. The result was good, but still a little too bitter. I kept looking for the perfect recipe and found the solution in strawberry puree. Oranges, grapefruit and strawberry puree – an unusual combination that is very popular with my customers.The tasteFirst of all, Orangella tastes of fresh, sun-ripened oranges. Then there is the slight but very pleasant bitterness of grapefruit and the sweetness of strawberry puree. An unbeatable combination.Served:I mainly enjoy this marmalade for breakfast.
