More information about Marge’s coconut orange marmalade I generally prefer fruit spreads. This may be due to the higher fruit content. But sometimes you can’t avoid the classic jam. This is also the case with my coconut orange. I came up with the idea for this combination in Asia, where ginger and coconut are an integral part of the diet. And so I combined these Asian classics with oranges, which resulted in a very special taste.The tasteCoconut orange marmalade combines the fresh citrus taste of oranges with the slight spiciness of ginger, underlined by a light coconut note.Served:Many of my customers use coconut orange to refine Asian dishes. I like to use the marmalade with poultry – and of course for breakfast. Preferably on pumpernickel.
