More information about Marge’s Alsterberry fruit spread In the middle of the most beautiful city in the world, the Alster was dammed to form a lake just before it flows into the Elbe. Along the Outer Alster there are not only magnificent villas, but also wonderful wild fruits such as blackberries, raspberries and currants. I used these to compose a berry mix, which is complemented by strawberries from the Altes Land region.
