Beschreibung
The „Gfill? comes from the area of the same name above Sankt Pauls, where even in earlier times, when it became really hot, the heat-plagued appreciated the cool downdrafts of the Mendel mountains. Today, Sauvignon Blanc benefits from this, which alongside the „Plötzner? is the most successful wine of Sankt Pauls. It presents itself absolutely varietal-typical with aromas of elderflower, limes and lemons, some gooseberry, cassis and fine herbal spice. On the palate it appears as creamy and silky as it is fresh and animating, with a crisp acidity and a salty, mouthwatering finish.
