More information about De Toren Fusion V 2020 The De Toren Fusion V is a full-bodied red wine matured in barriques, which flows into the glass in a wonderfully rich red. Aromas of blackberry, plum and cedar promise great enjoyment on the nose. On the palate, De Toren Fusion V is multi-layered and complex, with notes of sour cherry, tobacco and a hint of aniseed. The classic red wine cuvée combines the „Noble Five“: Cabernet Sauvignon (53%), Merlot (17%), Malbec (13%), Cabernet Franc (12%) and Petit Verdot (5%). The wine was aged for 12 months in small, mainly French oak barrels. It is an excellent accompaniment to lamb dishes with garlic and rosemary.
