The 2017 Mouton, which is very strongly characterised by Cabernet Sauvignon (90%), is delicate and almost sensual due to the finely fruity vintage. Although the fruit is dominated by black berries, it is characterised by great finesse. The wine also has a beautiful, fresh minerality. A Mouton to savour.
