Beschreibung

The wines from Saint Cosme are not heavy and clumsy like many wines from the southern Rhône, but are characterised by finesse and elegance. No new wood is used in the Châteauneuf-du-Pape and the grapes are not harvested overripe. The grapes come from the best terroirs of three individual vineyards and produce an intense but elegant wine with a wonderful aroma of cherries, liquorice and spices.
